• Arrive at the activity location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time and prepare for a phenomenal indoor skydiving experience.

Cancellation Policy

• If a cancellation is made a single day prior to the trip, the entire amount of the tour will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If a cancellation is made between 0 and 1 day before the experience date, the full amount of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Below are the requirements to fly at iFly Dubai :

1. Participants should get medical advice before buying iFly Dubai tickets. Those with a history of neck, back, or heart issues cannot fly.
2. Pregnant women or people with a dislocated shoulder are not allowed to fly.
3. There is a zero-tolerance drug and/or alcohol policy at iFly Dubai.
4. Flyers must be three years old, and if you are under 18, you must obtain written permission from your parents or legal guardians.
5. Please dress comfortably and in well-fitting, lace-up sports shoes. IFly Dubai will provide you with a flight suit, safety goggles, and helmet.
6. The participant's weight should not exceed 254 lbs (115 kg).
