1. Kayaking

Eastern mangroves Abu Dhabi Kayaking is among the main activity you can enjoy at this park.  You can embark on this experience either in the morning where you will kayak for 1 hour. Kayaking in the morning allows visitors to catch the sunrise, enjoy the serene environment and fresh air.

Best Time to Visit Mangrove National Park

Summer months between April to July is the best time to visit the park. During this time you will get to spot different rare species around the park such as western reef heron and greater flamingos.

Also during summer season the animals do get to shore to drink water therefore it is easy to see them.  On timing, it is best to visit early in the morning so that you can have enough time to explore the park.

How to Reach Mangrove National Park?

You can use different means of transport to get to the park. Here are the options available.

1. By Boat

You can get to the park by boat from Dubai or other emirates. The park is located in Jubail Island and when you get to Island all you have to do is follow road signs to get to the park.

2. By Bus

Yu can board a bus from Abu Dhabi City Center to the park. You should take bus route 160 because they pass near the park.

3. By Taxi

You can hire taxi to the park from Abu Dhabi city center. It is easy to book a ride because you can use ride-hailing apps. When you get into the taxi you tell the driver to take you to park.

4. By Car

You can drive to the park from Abu Dhabi City Center along Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (E10)   and then you take exit toward Al Reem Street. From here you follow the road sign to get to the park. 

If you are at the Abu Dhabi International Airport you should drive along E10 highway heading to Abu Dhabi city, follow the road signs and get to Al Reem Street then to Mangrove National Park.
