You can extend this visa twice for 30 days+20 days, which gives you 140 days to live in the UAE.

30 Days Visit Visa (Multiple Entry)

The validity of this visa is 30 days and allows multiple entries to UAE within 30 days. There is no grace period after the visa expires, and you cannot extend this visa.

60 Days Visit Visa (Multiple Entry)

The validity of this visa is 60 days and allows one to enter UAE multiple times within the 60 days. You cannot extend this visa, and there is no grace period after it has expired.

Overstaying Fines for Visit Visa

Any UAE visit visa you get, there are details when it expires. If you get the prepaid 30/60 days visa, you have 0 grace period, but for the multiple entry visa and 14 days, there is no grace period also.
