Visit Visa to UAE from India - Guidelines, Process, Fee Structure

Any UAE visit visa you get, there are details when it expires. If you get the prepaid 30/60 days visa, you have 0 grace period, but for the multiple entry visa and 14 days, there is no grace period also.

When you stay behold the days indicated on the visa, you are considered to have overstayed in UAE, and the implication is you have to pay a fine.  you will have to pay a fine of 1142 INR for the first day of overstaying and 1142 INR per day from the second day onwards. Additionally, at the time of exiting UAE you will have to pay for a exit permit of 5708 INR - 7991 INR.

• Your visa application may be rejected if you have a criminal history, commit fraud, or engage in any other wrongdoing in the UAE or India.
• If you previously had a UAE residence visa and left the country without cancelling the visa. Before awarding you a new tourist visa, the Public Relations Officer must get it revoked for you.
• If the UAE immigration rejects or delays your application for a Dubai visa because the scanned copies of your passport are illegible.
• Your visa may be denied if your passport shows you as a non-white collar professional, such as a worker, farmer, etc.
• Your application may be rejected or delayed if there are mistakes in the name, passport number, date of birth, or issuance and expiration dates.
