Overview
Sitting peacefully on a low-lying track is the Jebel jais sledder. You will go hurtling down the Hajar mountain range at up to 40 kmph while swerving through gorgeous vistas and taking in sights of the breathtaking coastline. You will be so near to the ground that the Jebel jais sledder speed appears ten times faster. The Jebel Jais Sledder follows the ISO 19202 criteria, the most recent design technology for planning track, design and calculation, manufacturing, build, and testing requirements for summer sledding sports, and is constructed to the highest safety and technical standards. The sleds are made to comfortably accommodate two people, one in the front and the other in the back. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience's start date to receive a complete refund. As changes to plans can occasionally be inevitable, we will accept amendments and cancellations without a penalty for 30 days from the date of booking if we are notified 48 hours in advance of the event. The team reserves the right to postpone the rides or implement any operational modifications deemed necessary due to operational or safety issues. Ras Al Khaimah typically experiences steady weather, but sand or rainstorms might occasionally occur.
Requirements
- All visitors must be at least 3 years old and 105 cm tall.
- Visitors under 138 cm tall must be accompanied by an adult (driver) who is at least 150 cm tall and at least 12 years old. They must also travel as a passenger.
- To drive with a passenger, a guest (driver) must be at least 12 years old and at least 150 cm tall.
- Any passenger who is 138 cm or taller and at least 10 years old is permitted to travel alone or with another passenger (each guest needs an individual ticket).
- Driver and passenger weight cannot exceed 150 kg, and passengers must be able to properly fasten their seatbelts.
- The people restricted from this activity
- who are pregnant or suspect they could be pregnant,
- have heart disease,
- have a seizure disorder,
- have a history of back or neck injuries,
- or any other medical condition.
- A medical condition that prevents the guest from following the safety rules and guidelines.
- It is forbidden for drivers or passengers to touch the track.
- Except in an emergency, drivers are not allowed to stop the sled on the track.
- Drivers must keep a minimum of 25 meters between themselves and the sled in front of them.
- No backpacks or bags, animals, umbrellas, bulky, pointy, or unsecured objects are allowed on the ride.
- On the ride, no food or gum is permitted.
- While bringing a phone or camera is not allowed, you can rent a GoPro from the Warrior Group. The camera is tucked away on your helmet and will capture every thrilling moment.
- Any loose clothing and hair shorter than shoulder length must be fastened before the ride may start.
- Participants are required to wear seat belts the entire time, sit still, and keep their arms and legs inside the sled.
- Customers who purchase tickets for three rides must ride them all in a single day.
- Due to weather, animals, capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances, Jais Adventure Park reserves the right to modify or shut down rides at any moment.
- A waiver must be signed by each participant. For individuals who are younger than 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver.
Emirates ID or Passport Validation
Each participant must have their original passport or Emirates ID on hand to present at the counter.

What to wear/bring for maximum comfort ?
- You must put on running shoes, closed-toe footwear, or sturdy trainers (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear not allowed).
- You must dress in standard athletic attire.
- The tough terrain should not be able to tear through your clothing.
- If you plan to travel during the winter, remember to carry a jacket because the mountain weather might be brisk and chilly.
- Always wear sun protection.
